Wherever you are. We are international. Just select your country during checkout and all available options will show up for you.

PROCESSING TIME
In general 1-3 business days before it leaves us for you.
For orders placed before 5pm PST we aim to process same day - ship out next day.

Sometimes delays happen. We are human too. Thanks for your understanding.

SHIPPING TIME
In general 1-9 business days depending on wherever you are. If you are somewhere where your customs takes longer to process, then blame it on them.

WHEN PACKAGE IS SHIPPED
Once we ship your package you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier picked up your package from our distribution center.

TRACKING NUMBER
The email confirmation we send also includes your tracking number. Please click on “View your order” in your email to see your order status and tracking number.

TRACKING INVISIBLE
Please allow 2-5 business days for the tracking information to become available if you don’t see anything. If it's still not visible after that, contact us.

+RETURNS

POLICY
Very simple. 90 days after receipt - no questions asked.
You can't return underwear, swimwear, earrings, hosiery, socks and items on sale.
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (not washed, with their inside labels still attached and not altered). It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUND
If return is approved, we issue your refund and send you a confirmation email. Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow a few days for the transaction to show up. If it doesn't, contact your card-issuing bank.
