Which payment methods are accepted?
VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club. You can also pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All our prices are in USD.
How can I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel your order please contact us immediately after placing your order. If we did not process your order yet, we will be able to make your changes or cancel it for you. There are no charges for changes or cancellations – just get in touch with us in a timely manner.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
My order was cancelled and my payment refunded. Why?
In rare cases items may sell out and we may need to cancel your order. If for any reason your item is unavailable, we will notify you and you will be refunded in full at no extra cost.
